JET - Justice continues the saga of the former Mossad operative as she battles to survive in a world intent on destroying her. From the streets of Argentina to the corridors of power in Moscow, her past continues to haunt her even as she flees it with all her heart.

This is the sixth novel in the JET series.

Q&A with Russell Blake

Q A sixth installment in your bestselling JET series. What's in store for her this time?

RB Without giving away the plot, let's just say that no good deed goes unpunished, as is often the case in real life. I envisioned a story where a set of small events quickly spiral out of control, resulting in the usual mayhem and danger that fans of the series have come to expect.

Q How does JET - Justice differ from earlier episodes?

RB I wrote this one so that it really takes place over a period of 36 hours. I originally was shooting for 24 hours, but decided to stretch it some for plotting purposes. As such, it's a breakneck pace, where a lot happens in very little time. I also wanted to delve deeper into Jet's life in her new home, so that the dislocation when the poop hits the fan is even more jarring. I'm happy with the way it turned out, and think it works nicely.

Q How much more do you see in the JET saga?

RB You know, I originally envisioned this as four novels. Now it's six. And I already have two ideas for a continuation, so I think it's safe to say there will be at least one more. After that? Who knows. I really sort of want her to find peace in the end, but it doesn't seem in the stars quite yet.

JET Justice Volume 6 edition by Russell Blake Literature Fiction eBooks

Jet and Matt are trying their best to live their happily ever after. They plan for a quiet life in Argentina, hoping to be so far away that past enemies can not find them.

Jet befriends Sofia, the mother of Catalina, Hannah's current best friend. A series of events end with Catalina's kidnapping and all hell breaks loose. Jet and Matt, with their special skills, get involved. Cameras catch the action and, you guessed it, Jet and Matt are back on the map.

If you expect, based on the first 5 books, a roller coaster plot, littered with the dead, you will not be disappointed. Jet is at her best working to save the ones she loves. If she is forced to manage an operation on a wish, some gum and a shoe lace, so be it. There will always be guns lying around, to pick up and use.

I'm hoping there will be a book VII...

JET Justice Volume 6 edition by Russell Blake Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews

Two years ago a friend turned me on to the "King of Swords" series and from that day forward, I've been a @BlakeBooks addict! Seriously, I love the genre and have devoured all of the writings of Vince Flynn, Brad Thor and Joseph Finder. Russell Blake is among that group of masters with one exception - Russell Blake is an animal and puts out books just as fast as you can read them.

The "Jet" series is amongst his best and if you love fast-paced, kick ass, take no prisoners, descriptive killing, attention to details and all taking place in exotic, bucket-list locales...then do yourself a huge solid and pick up every single book in the Jet series. Stick up on your cigars, Malbec and lose yourself as the heroine continues to amaze and satisfy.

I've said this before, I truly hope there are real life Mitch Rapp's, Scott Horvath's and Jet's that are always ready to protect us from evil and things that go bump in the night.

Bravo @BlakeBooks you sir have done it again, and again, and again...
Nonstop action throughout this fast paced thirty-six hour look at Jet's attempt to live a normal, quite life goes up in flames as she and Matt are attacked by three different people seeking revenge for their past deeds, one of which is Matt's ex-girlfriend. I liked the way so much happened in such a short period of time. It is well written and hard to put down, like the rest of the series. Can't wait for the next chapter of her story.
Ever since I came across the first Jet novel I was hooked...buying all four existing Jet novels and blowing through them one after the other without stopping. Food, pets, eating and television were all ignored until the last page was turned. In the last novel I thought Jet had retired with her young and newly found daughter and Matt her main squeeze (EX CIA). Jet was formerly with Israel's Mossad. Saddened by what I thought was the end of the Jet series I moved on. Can't tell you how delighted I was to recently discover Mr. Blake had not only continued the Jet series but that there were four new Jet books now available including a prequel novel explaining how Jet became the ultimate bad ass agent the Mossad ever created. Her expertise in all things lethal boggles the mind. The bad guys may outweigh her but they can't outthink her or out maneuver her. I've just spent the last two days ignoring what needs to be done in order to devour the new Jet books...sad to say I've only one left which I plan to begin tonight and finish tomorrow...someone else will have to take my tree down. Once started you can't stop...give Jet a read and you won't be disappointed...non-stop action guaranteed. Keep them coming Mr. Blake...I'm waiting.
In a series I have loved, this book has stretched the bounds of credibility too far even for me. Yes, I know the theme of the Jet novels is over the top, non-stop action, and generally I've not got bogged down by mundane reality. The private jet (yes, awkward) crash that Jet survived at all, let alone with no major trauma - just pushed the envelope too far for me. I've had a long career as an RN working at a level 1 trauma center. I've taken care of people who survived small plane crashes. Lucky to have only 3 of 4 limbs with severe fractures, spinal injuries, if lucky enough to survive.

There is still a lot I enjoyed and the book is a real page turner, but the massive riches and bags of diamonds & long on action / light on plot or character development feel like bigger problems in this book than ones prior. And how serendipitous she befriended a woman whose family is wealthy and powerful beyond imagination - and rescued the little kidnapped girl. After Matt's bag of rocks took a walk - they would have been hard pressed to finance this latest endeavor otherwise.

And what is it with Jet and sewer fights? It's getting to be a theme!
This book starts out with Jet hiding out with Mack. Another of his enemies Tara managing to steal a bunch of diamonds out of a bank vault.
Mack and Jet begin the search for the stolen diamonds. Jet still has her diamonds but they are safely hidden away. This search for the diamonds starts a big gunfight. Tara considers herself the toughest woman in the world. Of course her and Jet have a rough fight. Tara is in
the employ of a man named Dante Caravatio. He has taken Tara's side in this war. They eventually meet and fight all the way from the street to the sewers under the street. Tara finds out who is bad.Dante Caravatio is blown out of the sky in a helicopter. Once again action packed. There
is also a Russian assasin named Leonid searching for Jet. The setting for another story.
You know how there are those days when everything goes wrong? Well that's how this one is for Jet. She's just trying to live a peaceful life in Argentina with her daughter and boyfriend when all hell breaks loose on every level. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time I read this book. It was non-stop action with a lot of kick **s fight scenes. The icing on the cake was Matt's ex-girlfriend coming back into the picture. I can't say any more or I'll ruin it. Just get a copy and see for yourself. This book rocks!
